68 magic, and 40 range.
75 att, 70 str, 70 def.

If I would Mine/Woodcut for cash, which ore/tree should i mine/cut?

If I were to fight monsters for their drops, which monsters should I fight?

Ok so you mentioned this:
1.For Cash
2.Their drops
What you didn't mention:
1.Turn Ores to Bars. (Didn't mention Smithing).

My Answer to your question:
Mining: You can mine Gold Ores with that mining level, (More than Mithril Ores) The gold ores are about 430 gp each.
Woodcutting: You can woodcut oak logs with that Woodcutting level (For Cash is what you said) I don't know why, but Oak Logs are worth more than Willow. Oak logs are about 19gp-23gp each, and logs too which are 19gp-23gp each.
Fighting Monsters: I would say Fight the Lesser Demons, go to Karamja, go under the hole on the mountain. You will pass through red spiders and you will see Lesser Demons. The highest item value they drop is the Rune Med Helm. Really easy way to get money. I got 3 in 45 minutes. I would say to use Range on the Lesser Demon, why? Theres a safe spot and it would level up your range fast, Hide behind the rocks. You will see some rangers do that. One more thing, incase you want to use Melee, Please use the Silverlight sword, that is the Lesser Demons weakness. Glad to help.

The God sword ofcourse... Just a tip to players who aren't that strong. (Please use Silverlight as Lesser Demons Weakness)
