I have 0.7 Blackmarks I got 2 in one day Im muted till june 12th my b day and Im sooo close to being banned..... Im not gone yet But 3 more blackmarks im Outta here CYA! So Yeah.... Im a goner of runescape

NO ITS HOW MANY TIMES U BREAK THE RULES U GET BLACK MARKS AND I USED TO HAVE 10 =/ BUT THEY LOWERED IT WHEN I BLAMED SOME1 ELSE LOL SO I ONLY HAVE 5.7 NOW and i still have never been muted or banned well i was banned for about 3 days

A black mark is what you get if you break the rules. You need 10. Not .10...you still got a lot to go. Your not almost banned...(I rock, I dont have any black marks)
