2.always have strong weapons
3.if that doesnt work run!!!

my suggestion is to if you go to a dangerous place always carry an extra bit of high healing food (sharks,monkfish) (p2p)
or lobsters or swordfish(f2p)
and carry teleport runes teleport out of the dangerous area if you're about to die

If you don't attack anything getting to level 15 is pretty much impossible unless you want to level up in a painfully slow way, like with genie lamps or something.. And don't worry about going near higher level creatures as long as they aren't too much of a higher level than you are, because if you still have 10 hit points or something like that it's pretty easy to die.

1.have a good defence level
2.don't attack who is higher than your level
3.wear an armour for protection

Always have a quick teleport. For me, I always keep my explorer's ring, so I'm always safe (not that I ever use it lol). Basically just always prepare for everything. I take like 20 minutes just to prepare for one quest that isn't very hard, so just be prepared for whatever you're doing.

you need to have food if your battling someone higher than you and make sure your level 15 atleast.
