I installed GIMP just now. It is SOOOOOO complicated! How do people even make sigs from it anyway? There aren `t any penguin pictures you can use how do people get the penguin and the clothes to make cp sigs? I can `t even figure out how to use background and even start making a sig!

I just made a gimp sig i tried to upload it to photobucket but it said invalid file
