Advertise your blog is broken

When I click it it says:

Cbbcfan, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Also, I looked at the last post on this forum, and it said two YEARS ago!

Do not post multiple smilies.

And you have to join the advertising group first before you can post in that forum. If you don't, you can't post there.

Well, basically:
1. Go to User CP
2. Finds the Permissions in Missaciluonus( How speel it)
3Join the advertise group!

Its easy!
