So I've got a lot of completely non related questions, here goes...

1. What is this CPTweet I keep hearing people talk about?
2. Are there any boards where your post count doesn't go up?
3. What's a profile picture and how do I add one?
4. What are the limits on pictures, videos, etc. Like what are the rules and do you have to have a certain post count to post them?
5. Is there a limit on the number of smilies you can put in a post?
6. Is there a list somewhere with all of the things that can be reported? If not, what are they?
7. What do all of the "VBExperience" things mean?

1. What is this CPTweet I keep hearing people talk about?Cptweet is a club penguin twitter website. Admin made it so thats why its advertised
2. Are there any boards where your post count doesn't go up?Not at the moment.
3. What's a profile picture and how do I add one?A profile picture is a picture by your name on your user profile. To get one go to User CP>Your Profile>Edit profile picture. basically its just a picture on your profile
4. What are the limits on pictures, videos, etc. Like what are the rules and do you have to have a certain post count to post them? Post Count to get your signature to show: 500 NON SPAM posts. Also you can only have 3 lines of text. No images bigger than 400x300
5. Is there a limit on the number of smilies you can put in a post?4 or more smileys in a row are considered Spam.
6. Is there a list somewhere with all of the things that can be reported? If not, what are they?Anything breaking a rule. Rules are found here
7. What do all of the "VBExperience" things mean? Its like a "level" Its kind of pointless, but its like level for the forum you are. Doesn't really matter.

2. Are there any boards where your post count doesn't go up? Not that I know of, but I know it doesn't go up when you do it on a profile or the arcade.
