Money: 22,087 | Well, a good program would be paint.net, andd gimp. Those are good programs but I recommend paint.net for starters because it's easier.

Money: 50 | Paint for starters. Then once your good at Paint,use Paint.net/Pdn. Once your wicked at that use Gimp,Or if you wanna take one HUGE step you can download a Photoshop trial. | ||||||||
