Well after when you make a thread and posted the messege you can look at the bottom and there should be somewhere where you can decide how many poll options and stuff. You should go look at the CPC tutorials. They tell you how to make a poll there.

How to do it is,

When making a topic scroll down it should say "Additional options" Or something like that


Then theres a check box it should say "Make Poll" Or something check that box then click summit and it will take you to the poll editing page.
