At the bottom of the CPC homepage, there is a little thing that says active users. I see that not all users are active ones, but what are active users? Is it users that have made at least 1 post or maybe users that aren't banned?

ACTIVE users, which means users that are online on the website. I see what you mean. But if you think about it, even though it said 1000 users at some times, there should be at least over 1000 users that has at least posted once. I'm not sure why it says 1000 users at some time, but I'm sure that it's the users that are on this site at the current time.
