//THEGIST

On Sunday a theme is chosen. Members have five days to get their entries in before the deadline. Example: On July 22nd the theme would be announced. Now there is no limit to how many may enter. When its been five days, July 27th, a separate thread will be posted listing the names of those who entered and there artwork they created. Anybody can vote on the poll, but must be quick as it will only remain up for two days. When Sunday comes again, the winner will be announced and a new theme will be given. Prizes may be given but it's a little hard to do.

//THERULES

ALL of your entries MUST be made entirely by you. No, that does not mean you can't get help/tips from others. It means you cannot take someone else's work and claim it as yours. Result in doing so can lead to severe consequences.

Your entry MUST fit the theme. Failure to do so will get you disqualified.

You may only enter one signature.

Try not to exceed the maximum size limits for your banner, but I'm not really going to care that much if it does.

Your Signature must not contain any pornographic images of any sort. Use your common sense, Club Penguin Cheat has some younger members and I'm sure there parents wouldn't want them seeing that.

Your entry must be posted before the deadline. No late entries will be accepted.

You can replace/edit your entry as long as it`s before the deadline. After that your entry is final and cannot be replaced.

As far as entering old banners go, I rather have something new from everybody but if you enter an older entry then I won't disqualify you. Basically, it's not recommended but you won't be punished for doing so.

//THEJUDGING

Like mentioned, anyone can vote when the poll is released on Friday. Obviously, if you vote for yourself it will not count and you could be disqualified or given a warning. If a user carries on braking this rule, they will be disqualified from any future events and will never be aloud to participate. Do not judge for someone just because they are your friend, please judge dependent on the quality of the signature. If anyone is caught asking for votes, they shall be withdrawn from the contest and if done again in the future, abolished from any future events. If a player wins one week they will not be able to participate in the next week as it may be an unfair advantage and we want a variety of winners.

This Weeks Theme: Halloween

Deadline: 13/11/09

I know its a little later for Halloween but I think we could get some good signatures on this theme. Like I said, if caught stealing others' work you will be disqualified. Ask for some tips, sure, but no copyright. Remember, make sure there in by Friday or you'll have to wait till next weeks contest to enter. Any late entries will not be counted. And remember, next weeks theme will be completely different so don't start preparing for next week as you'll be disappointed.
