If you are new to this site or to cp,before you ask your question,follow these tips first
1.Search the thing you want to ask by pressing it up between New posts and Quick Links
ex:if you want to search(for example)mission 7 just put in it mission 7 guide or mission 7 walkthrough or mission 7 video
2.Check the FAQ list
Making sigs:
about how to make sigs you just use Paint.NET, Paint Shop Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and or Paint or any program you have but you must have skills
