How to host a Successful Site

Here's how to host a successfull site:

1) Keep the forums Limited. If you have too many forums it could get confusing and complicated for new users to navigate.

2) No Mods- Dont make any user a moderator until you reach a certain ammount of registered users. For Example: 30 users and your forum will have 1 moderator. This way you will actually have active users who arent all moderators. And it will urge your users to be the best they can.

3) Take your time. Take about 1-3 days to actually make your forum, and test it out. Make sure all your modifications, and permissions are working properly.

4) Keep a variety of forums- Dont make a site that is strictly for one topic, or else you wont get many users. Make like a "chat" site or a "hangout" site. this way you can have a variety of topics.

5) Have 2 admins---Keep the ideas coming, and have different POV"s.

Cool tutorial but Im not gonna make my own forum coz I already got 2 piczo sites which keep me busy.
