Well if you just want to know what Off-Topic is then go to your couch...Then grab a pillow...then hit yourself with it. If it does not come to you try hitting yourself harder.

Off Topic is a very known thing going on in cpc today.
As you can see off topic sounds bad right? Well you are right it is wrong. This is what Off-Topic is like:

Thread Topic: Nightmares

User 1: Yea i had a nightmare once it was about blah blah blah de blah
User 2: Nightmares are freaky like rustling leaves or like Rips.
User 3: (off topic) One time I had a dog who has a Rip in our backyard he died because blah blah blah de blah blah blah blah. It was very sad because blah blah de blah blah blah......BLAH.
User 1: Thats so sad. I had a kitty once. She died because BLAH BLAH........BLAH.

This is usally what off topic is about..Then one person will come along and say this is off topic. REQUEST TO BE LOCKED. Which is very annoying. So Thats what off topic is. Off-Topic=Talking about something that is not on topic.
