well, i think we get coins from special stalls, or maybe coins from our own pockets, and you donate them at booth's around the island

It's a little confusing for me.

At first I thought it was like, for every one of your coins you donate, 1 cent is donated to a charity. But then I read a little closely and THEN thought they were donating 1 MILLION dollars, and you donate coins to the charity you want it to go to, and coins are "votes" as coolandcold said(nice analogy).

But, we'll have to see for sure on Dec. 14.

No you dont. You get nothing yourself for donating coins. The coins are just to vote for wich charity the money goes to and it WILL be from your penguins own wallet
