I herd this rumor that if you have a roman hat on Cp,you have a gun and you can shoot other penguins!Is this true?

Idk why CP would really have guns.. Most games like CP would never add guns.

My friend has a gun on CP I don't know how did he got it he told me search it on CPC I searched it but its not here but I don't care I don't need it . I couldn't take a screenshot he already quit CP . But the gun might still exsist !! and yes I saw him shooting other penguins too.And about the hat, the roman hats do exsist !! I see many people on cp wearing them.
