I was on a website and soemone had a video of a faint Yeti like G H O S T walking around and was called "GHOST YETI" and had a Black yeti costume 0_0

HA! Absolutely correct You Know Who! We just had a thread about the cp "ghost"! Yup, the person is probably using a trainer! And how am I so sure, the regular ghost's name was G H O S T, and the "yeti ghost" name was YETI GHOST!! Thats just common sense people, who names their penguin in the beginning "yeti ghost" or " G H O S T"? Seriously guys?

All the trainers can do for name changing is client sided edits. No one else sees when you go into a trainer and change your name or transparency. The people who are posting these threads and saying they've encountered "ghosts" are liars, plain and simple.
