Default All Capitals?
Hi, this is Jweezy! I have heard a rumor on Club Penguin Cheats that if you type a post in with all CAPITALS that that is against the rules and counts as a spam. Is that rumor true? I have heard that it is NOT from some people but I have heard that it IS from some other people. So MODERATORS or adminastrators or experenced Club Penguin Cheats members, can you guys help me solve this rumor?

Well, if you put caps lock on, when you post it, instead of all of the words being capitalized, only the first letter of each word get capitalized. I'm not sure about holding shift though.

Oh, and this is in the wrong forum because this is Club Penguin Rumors. But I'm not even sure which forum to put it in myself. Maybe Club Penguin Cheats Annoucements, ClubPenguinCheat.com Forum Thoughts, or Noob.

OH SO MAYBE A RUMOR JUST STARTED ON CLUB PENGUIN CHEATS AND IT SPREAD AROUND CLUB PENGUIN CHEATS. I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT FORUM TO PUT THIS IN MYSELF. This is what the people said when they saw that someone did all capitals. "All capitals (their username) I am sorry but I am going to have to report you..." that is what they said.

I don't know where it happend. I do not know the exact thread, but I know that it has happened to me a couple of times. It doesn't seem like a good rule, but if it is a real rule...I guess I should obey it. I just think I should have more opinions than just from you and Lunog.
