I might know that thing happened its happened to me and its really annoying. When it happened to me on my laptop my mums user was gone and my password for my user was inncorect. If you see that thing happen log off club penguin straight away!

yep its definatley a glitch yep for sure itsa probally because you have a bad functioning computer or its just slow in other words
