Please do not make up a rumor and lie to the forum. It gets a very bad discussion going, and its basically spamming because you are just lying. If you heard from someone else about a rumor then you can post about it, but dont just make up one for the sake of making up one.

Well what he's saying is that don't make a up a rumor you know is false, but you are corcerned or wondering(something you thought of but not sure is true or false) then that would be acceptable to post.

It's not nice to other people because they might believe you. It may be "funny" for you but other people might take it seriously and think the rumor is true, please do not start a false rumor and you know that it's false before posting.
