Yellow Luvs, innapropriate post. You should not post that stuff on Club Penguin Cheat. If you want to talk like that on Club Penguin Cheat, than please DO NOT DO IT. And I highly doubt Rockhopper is Billybob. I think they are just some robot-type thing that Club Penguin made and they probably say the same thing...
Example:
Rockhopper: "Arr Matey" and "To the Iceberg" or Dock or Night Club or GIft Shop or Coffee Shop etc.
Billybob: Well I don't know what Billybob says because I haven't really seen him on Club Penguin yet. (Not like I get on Club Penguin anymore or anything!)
