Yes, it's POOF, not proof.
In the ski lodge, there was a penguin called Bot Man. We were throwing snowballs at him but he kept teleporting to different places in the lodge. You couldn't see him running. He just appeared out of thin air. And he kept saying, "Thanks for the teleport!" His feet were also moving, but he wasn't. I'm serious, I really did see him do this. So...

That's really weird I never saw anything like that happen before. Maybe your computer is slow or something.

I think it's a cp cheat program. He must have been a hacker; because the only way you can do that is with a third-party program. Once I saw a penguin walking in one place. CP says that you should report anyone who you think is using a hack program. Hope this helps!
