I have seen that there are a lot of threads on the same rumor. There are 2 or 3 on the same topic of the ninja. There is also the things like tipping the iceberg appering twice too. So look for other threads when you are posting a rumor and make sure it hasn't been posted before.

I noticed that too I think there are 2 or 3 posts on one rumer because there aren't many famous rumers in clubpenguin.
