I mean like, they are just controled by people at the clubpenguin place thingy. Watex is a real person paint boy is too and all the overs are. Oh and look what I did when I quoted the list. LOL. It has my name now.

aunt arctic USED to be seeable cause there was a clip were someone logged on as aunt arctic
and you forgot memo (or mimo i forget but i saw him he is famouse for knowing ALOT of cheats)
