I don't get annoyed when they just run around saying "Hehehe I got the money," to each other. I do get annoyed when your trying to talk to someone or do something and they come up and go like "grabs wallet and shoots hahaha," and then when you try to ignore them they whine at you like, "NO YOU CAN'T BE TALKING YOUR DEAD!!!" etc. Sooo annoying.
