Ummm.....
This shouldn't happen so i have reported it to Disney's Club Penguin and i am waiting for a reply so they can tell me why it's still happening to a Non-Member.

The keeping member puffs thing was something they allowed in clubpenguin its not a glitch and the flag pin things is prolly because its an ordinary pin youre allowed to wear any pin mostly.
