well if you have seen the pin before it was on the rock in the middle of the water at the cove now its on the left rock in the water at the cove

That is weird. When I got it, it was on the first rock. Then, I logged off and my brother logged on right away to get the pin and the pin was on the other rock.

I found a glich put your helmet miner put the player then if u r a tour guide put he hat but dont take out the player then wave your hand but instead saying TOURS'' HERE'' U will drill

Well its like most of the over pins on the party days like the fiesta day it was hidden in a pinata and on halloween it was a spider that went up and down and ect. So you know the over days when it was swiching and moving.
