If you wear your ninja mask and go one of the black puffles then the puffle lights on fire. The puffles are located at the forest, ski village, and the dojo.

ya it works but why do they do that?? but remember: that in one of the misssions that you were stuck in the cave in the wilderness and had a black puffle get you out maybe Sensei wants to help the PSA (Penguin Secret Agency) cos Hepert P. Bear hats puffles especially black ones!

Duh. I was going in to the ninja hideout again 2 move the hot items into the pit, when i walked past the puffle, he went on fire. Duh.
