ok so alot of people might no this but some people might so i hope it helps!

first go to the town and go in the coffe shop. then go upstairs to the bookroom. if u are an agent then you can just teliport straight to the bookroom. then go to the library. look at the books and click on rockhooper and the stowaway. then go straight to the end. there you will see a drawing of the braclett. if you click on it you will pick it up.

do the same thing on dont click on rockhopper and the stowaway click on his journal. then go to the end and you will find the key. this will allow you to go into his quaters when he visits and play treasure hunt.
