In mission 7 there is two tubes in it
The first one:at the Gadget Room
The second one:in the sport shop where the bluerprints there

the reson they have two is so that if you have trouble finding one you might find the other

Icon4 only one is to use
one of them u give to the blue team member at the dock but the other ring is to buy at the shop but u can use it but if u need help with it go to the thread i made on how to do the mission
