If you walk around and take your first step, other penguins can't see your walking. After you've walked for a few more steps, other penguins will see you taking your first step. That means when you make your penguin move, it will take awhile for other penguins to see you walking. It's the same thing with talking. That's why when you play tag with a friend you might not see your friend tagging you, but your friend still says they tagged you.

wo ,weird, i've noticed that CP has been getting slower..slower...and slower as time goes by. I think t might be getting too crowded
