My sig is messed up like there is these extra codes in it and its in juilat's 2 so what's going on??

Yeah, I noticed that too! Just a couple of minutes ago your and juliat's sigs were okay but now it looks like that! Maybe some problems that they can fix..

It's probably just a bug. My signature was like that but I editted it and I think it's fine now. Admin and Pet will keep squashing these bugs, don't worry, just tell them about it. ;]
