Well once a penguin very long ago had a job in the boiler room working with the coal. It was once a dark night and he was working overtime and he heard a noise. The light started to flicker and the boiler rooms coal machine puffed out a huge bunch of smoke and a voice said "Hello".
And that was the story of the Boiler Room ghost.
