Sadly, All those "Flashy" Floors and T.V's will cause LOTS of Lagging
Becuase of the Expected amount of people there and the amount if Virtual memory it takes up to view it in good quality.
I rember i went to pizzaguy's igloo he had alot of that stuff and only 4 people and it was VERY laggy
