Well a good thing to do is, Try to make the connection stronger with the game, or make an extension on the DS by equiping something on it. But when you play it on your Nintendo DS, You can only play with people in your city or state.
That will save alot of trouble and plus, that wouldnt make the game lonely because theres TONS of people who play Club Penguin.
