It is Time.
I’m not going to say that I’m “quitting” CPC, because that is a lie. I’m not quitting, and I’m not a quitter. However, I know its time for me to retire. It’s the truth.
As soon as I became a moderator I told myself that when I was basically done with Clubpenguincheats, that I WOULD retire. It would be pointless for me to just stay around as a moderator and take up space. Half of the current moderators are basically done with CPC, however, none of them have retired. And that kind of annoys me, but all that matters is that I am going to retire with pride.
It does hurt me that I’m going to retire, however, times are changing. I’m getting older, and especially now that summer is arriving, I realize that I have a lot of things going on. And although I am sad, I am also very happy. I mean, I have the guts to say “hey everyone, I’ve done my share, and now its time for me to move on.” I’ve been through the good and the bad times of CPC, and now its time for me to end it all. Users will leave and new users will come, that’s just how it works. And it is really sad, however, CPC is not my life. My world doesn’t revolve around CPC.
Along time ago, everyday I would spend hours on CPC and now I realize that I don’t do ANYTHING anymore. It would be POINTLESS for me to stay here and do nothing. That’s stupid. By me retiring, new users will fill my space and they’ll actually DO something on CPC. That’s how it works. No matter how much older I get, CPC will always be with me. It has taught me many things about life, it was almost like a job. And now I’m happy to say I’m retiring. I will be the first RETIRED MODERATOR of the new CPC.
