Xtreme22, I believe in you that you can handle this on your own, after all, you are a mod. You can ban people and give infractions, so you I know can stand up for yourself. Remember, Stand Strong!

P.S. I have not been bullied, but I have witnessed it, and trust me, any people that think that the MODS dont have enough courage and guts to ban you, Man, Your WRONG! Nobody should think that the MODS are weak. Also, they were chose by ADMIN, so if he trusted them, so should you!

I have held my finger tips from writing this for a very long time now, and I should now more than ever.

Cyber bullying is natural because online the antagonist feels like he or she is very powerful. The power you have on the internet is unlimited; in fact, we're able to express anything we want on the internet. And we can do the same in real life.

Cyber bullying is another word for flaming- no forum can go without it, and all successful forums get tons of it. This is where your moderators come in; on these forums, though, any one user(s) can become a moderator very easily- just give yourself a good reputation, 2,000 posts, don't disobey they mods and BAM! Enjoy being a moderator! That's what this forum lacks; moderators with potential. So far, I have seen two good moderators, and no, I'm not saying this to get on their good side, because I am already on one of their bad sides:

In my opinion, they clean up spam pretty quickly. But does that mean they're good moderators? Not exactly, but they can do their job.

So in conclusion, if you don't want Cyber Bullying, don't let us post. Or, hire a couple more moderators who can do their job right (hint hint me.)

No, I am not asking to be a mod, I am saying I am qualified. Meaning, people who try to oppose stupidity (like I do) are qualified as moderators.

No, I can only name about four who are qualified.

But back on topic, I don't really care about cyber bullying. Just take care of it without banning someone and you can actually run your forum without 10,000 banned users.

Hellopayton you are NOT qualified at all. You do not have the qualifications whatsoever. Every single moderator has potential, in fact, you are completely wrong with everything you said.

Almost 75% of these users dont disobey us, and none of them are moderators. No USER has 2000 posts yet, however, there are 8 mods.

Each moderator has something about them that makes them qualified. You could be the BEST user and not be qualified for the job. Every moderator has a uniqueness about them or else every user would be a moderator. You cant join this site and say we dont have potential, cause we got it. And we arent afraid to show it.

I didn't say the moderators didn't have qualification. And yes, I do have full moderation qualification and almost got the job to help produce items, games, etc for Clubpenguin but I am too young. NEED I forward the e-mail?

I have been moderating since October of 2006, I have stopped a large forum hack which almost destroyed a forum with 500 plus users, even moderated several forums. Just because you are mad at me for whatever reason (I think it was the first amendment and my freedom of speech,) doesn't mean I don't have qualification.

Nonetheless, I am probably leaving this forum to run my own which has been BOOMING with posts lately, but I will be on to post guides, tutorials etc.
