Ok First set your Consoles time to 2:55 am,
Then Go to the Silver city
then, Go to the water fountain(right one) that has a teleporter on that says out of order,stand on it,
Wait for about five Minutes till a triangle shows and a message saying INSOMNIAC MUSIUM!
Press Triangle and you will be teleported ta a secret musium! How cool is that?
