No he can't Freckles. He can only put 1 smile. Well, the limit is four, but if you look in the rules that admin posted, you will see that it says not to post multiple smilies in a row. :-)

I actually like this thread. Pretty Cool Pictures. What game are they from? Did you just find them on the computer and thought that they were cool? Or did you actually have a game with these people on it?

(Besides, the dude is sort of new, doesn't look like he gets on Club Penguin Cheats that much so he is technically an old user who is new?!?!?!?)
