Default What Are You Thankful For?

It's 8:24 AM... After much running around and around, I'm finally awake and... It's Thanksgiving. At the moment, my mom, my two elder cousins, my three year old nephew, my little four year old sister, and my grandfather's way younger brother and his two sons are all here at my grandparent's house. Ah yes, it sounds like it's going to be a fine day. Here's the question for those who celebrate Thanksgiving... What exactly are you thankful for? Here's my list of what I'm thankful for right from my journal entry. P.S. Couldn't stop the list without posting the whole entry. If you don't want to read it, skip down to the list.
What I'm Thankful For, Thanksgiving Entry

At 8:28 AM, my head fills as if it's filled with lead as I listen to the random songs playing on my playlist ("Because Of You" by Kelly Clarkson on Now) and the sounds of my relatives moving around. Speaking of which, my little three year old nephew just climbed onto the couch beside me. Such a cute little boy... Ah yes, and here comes my little sister, offering me a little drawing board while I'm too busy typing. Now she hums as she draws with the little red, white, and clear beads in her dark hair moving around. As she gives me the drawing board, I write a heart and a big 'U' and tell her what the message is for her. Today is Thanksgiving and the usual relatives are all her at my grandmother's. There's my grandfather's way younger brother and his teenage son and his (today) ten year old son, there's my grandfather (of course) playing with his little black dog Maggie, asking her if she knows all these people. There's my two elder cousins and the female cousin's little three year old son, there's my mother, and... Oh, that's it. I'm not writing this, however, to just go on and on about my day. No, I'm writing this to tell what I'm thankful for. First off...

1. I'm thankful for all my parents have done for me. Without it, I wouldn't have lived to see this day.
2. I'm thankful for God putting me on this Earth although I've doubted His existence from time tyo time.
3. I'm thankful for my family. I couldn't imagine a life without my little sister Ashanti or my mother... God knew what he was doing with our lives. Because of my parent's divorce, my little (half black) sister's existence was made possible.
4. I'm thankful for all the talents I possess... My artistic talents are always begging to be used and I enjoy using them. Whether it's in drawing, writing, or acting, it's something I enjoy and couldn't live without. For, if I existed without my talents, I'd most likely still be mildly depressed.
5. I'm thankful for the beauty of this world. When you open your eyes, this world is really amazing. You just have to look beyond the stupidity of the human race to see it.
6. I'm thankful for all the people in my life, friends, family... Even enemies. They've all shaped me into the person I am today and am still yet to become.
7. I'm thankful for so many more things I wish I could write down but can't seem to remember at the moment.

With that, I must go get ready for the day. Happy holidays everyone!
