Default Good way to make $$$
Go to Cart Surfer. Press play. Hold up, then down. Then when your turning, press down once then press the direction your turning, you should see grinding. Crash on purpose on some turns.

EDIT: You should get at least 300$. If your good get 400$. If your really really good, get 500$ (I've got 500 once. But I get 400 every time).
