I have beat the elite four, and also beat team galactic at stark mountain. My team is:

Empoleon lv.76
Infernape lv.76
Torterra lv.76
Staraptor lv. 73
Dialga lv. 71
Alakazam lv. 67

I evolved all of these guys except for Dialga. And cheating makes the game dumb/boring. I don't know why people cheat.

EDIT: The levels are higher now.
