Yep! I've seen him a few times, and I have both of his backgrounds too! The second time I saw him, I just went into rockhopper's room to play a game of buried treasure, and there was this huge crowd, with a lot of people saying; "ROCKHOPPER!!" so I clicked on his and got his background.
