this happened to me a few times. there are three ways to do this this um... i dunno
1.there's a problem to ur account. it reacts to slow.
2.ur sisters account has a problem it doesn't receive as fast as cp sends.
3. clubpenguin is in a problem
so ya it's not a glitch

oh ya it might be that ur computer doesn't receive to or its to slow.
