1) find the vid in youtube, i will be taking this song... Crawling, by Linkin Park.
2) take the URL. for me it will be

3) when you are posting, look on the "bar" above the place where you type. there should be an image that looks like this:
click it.
3) you will see a popup like this:
Just copy the url into there and click ok!
