I think they should make costumes that are hidden in catalogs. And that they should make hidden items visible next catalog/month. They should also make more games where you can play with each other... (Examples of those are the Sled racing and the find four, they should really make more.). And they should make vehicles like bikes or cars!

ADD:

They should make a catalog of all the free items the past months. It will be shown on the gift shop! And then they would make a prize for that like 10-50 penguin dollars! Depending on the item. So that the people who missed the hidden/free items wouldn't cry about the stuff they missed
